West Nile Virus
Mosquitoes are more than a nuisance; they are a major threat to public health. We use proven, effective methods to control mosquitoes and reduce the risk of mosquito-transmitted diseases such as West Nile Virus.
West Nile virus (WNV) is a mosquito-borne disease that was originally found in Africa. In 1999, it was detected in the eastern United States. Since then, the virus has spread throughout the United States and is well established in California. It was first detected in Kern County in 2004.
